scCOOL-seq

scCOOL-seq (Chromatin Overall Omic-scale Landscape Sequencing) is a single-cell multi-omics sequencing technology (scCOOL-seq) that can analyze the chromatin state/nucleosome positioning, DNA methylation, copy number variation (CNV) and ploidy simultaneously from an individual mammalian cell.

Organoid

The organoid system for lung cancer has been well-established! We will continue to development more complex organoid systems (eg. co-culture) in broader types of diseases/cancer/cell types/tissues/etc! With organoid we can not only observe, but more importantly, interfere!

Mouse models

Mice are great models to resemble the biology going on in human system! The epigenomic regulation, transcriptomic dynamics, cancer developments, etc are very conserved. Moreover, we can do more to manipulate the genetic background and gene on/off on mice that would never be possible on human.
